Life Group Basic Elements
Bible Study The Bible study is an opportunity for each member to be involved as the Life Group leader facilitates a discussion of the Bible passage. (Act 17:10)
Prayer Prayer is an essential element of Life Groups. Through prayer we are able to communicate with God in an intimate way. (James 5:16)
Fellowship Fellowship means sharing close mutual relationships. As Christians, the foundation of our relationships is our common faith in Christ, and is displayed as we love each other as we have been first loved by God. (Hebrews 10:24-25)
Ministry and Outreach As a Life Group community you will grow together in the Lord and serve together in reaching out to those around you. (Ephesians 4:12)
Our new session of small groups at Bethel are underway, but its never too late to become part of a group. Groups our mostly into unique studies and there is a large variety to choose from. If you are looking for the right group to join, consider what type of group would be best for you. Ask God for wisdom in selecting the right group for you. Look at the options of study, day of the week and so forth. Contact the leader, phone numbers available at the church office (209-340-5000). Visit the group, see if it fits for you!
