OPPORTUNITIES FOR KIDS TO GO DEEP
It is a deeply imbedded value that Kids ROCK provide opportunities for kids to grow deeper in their relationship with Jesus and to produce Kids who are ROCK solid in their beliefs. We adhere to the belief that we reach them now, so we don't have to rescue them later.
To support that belief, we provide a couple of key elements for the growth to take place:
- LIFE JOURNALS: Children are encouraged to pick up a life journal designed especially for kids. This Life Journal helps kids to establish early, the habit of spending time with Jesus everyday.
- KIDS WORSHIP: Our Wednesday night worship time is fun, quite fun. However, we value that time by consistently instructing kids in the basics of worship. By doing so, we believe we are adding to the foundation of their future growth.
- SMALL GROUPS: Wednesday evenings, 3rd-6th grade kids are broken into small groups. Using the Breakthrough Discipleship Curriculum, they are encouraged to take their weekly lessons home and each day spend time alone with Jesus.
